WTF are you talking about? the C.A.I. AKA Cold Air Intake illegal in california? dude......dont even post stuff you are not sure of....first of Injen makes both short ram and CAI extensions that are CARB legal.......which means its up to the standars of emissions and other crap. Just like MSD is also a CARB EXECUTIVE.....
