a "Marranero" is basically a topic started just for fun... usually to make fun of someone, and everyone gives their opinions on the subject... most of those "opinions" are just mindless comments.

some people love that kind of topics, some others don't find them to be amusing or anything else than a waste of bandwidth and server space; but from some time we seem to have one every once in a while just to keep people entertained.

Oh... those topics usually have hundreds and thousands of views and answers in very short time. Some members use them just to increase their post counter, some to "relax", and a few to have a cheap laugh
